Suggestion: You can build a system where the system will ask "A vote is on progress to make the team commander of GDI/NOD" and then u will type "!vote (player's name)" such as, !vote TaswarOp or !TaswarOp because sometimes, people forget or dont even know about the team commander thing

Automatic topup from teamfunds: When there isn't any commander and teamfund is filled with some amount of credits server will distribute these credits to players based on specific settings like map is running already for specific time, amount of credits in teamfund, when happened latest donation from teamfund. CommanderAutoTopUpEnabled=1 - enabled function CommanderAutoTopUpMinMapTimeSeconds=1800 - after 30 mins of map time it will be activated CommanderAutoTopUpMinFund=5000 - minimum amount of credits in team fund CommanderAutoTopUpIntervalSeconds=300 - every 5 mins checks after activation
